Lithium Battery Distributed Power System Solutions for Auxiliary Transportation
Abstract
Lithium Battery Distributed Power System Solutions for Auxiliary Transportation
The auxiliary transportation system in coal mines uses traditional diesel-powered transportation equipment, which faces three major challenges: high dust, high gradients, and long distances. It generally has problems such as exhaust pollution, high noise, high maintenance costs, and high requirements for air supply in the mine.

Monorail Crane
Under the impetus of the national green energy policy, IECCO has proposed the concept of distributed drive in the industry. Its independently developed explosion proof permanent magnet synchronous inverter integrated all in one machine can flexible configure the number of drives, has excellent multi-machine synchronization performance, and strong traction force. It is widely applied in auxiliary transportation equipment for coal mines such as monorail hoists, rail trucks, and toothed rail trucks.

Product Highlights
Distributed driving:
adopts a permanent magnet synchronous inverter speed regulation integrated machine (with an efficiency as high as 94%), equipped with a standard speed sensor to achieve closed loop precise control. The modular design supports free expansion of drive units. Each motor is independently equipped with multiple protections (overvoltage/undervoltage/overcurrent/
overload/phase loss/grounding/temperature) to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.
Closed loop precise control:
Always monitoring - Each motor is equipped with a standard resolver speed sensor to monitor the rotational speed and torque in real time.
Modular and flexible expansion:
Free combination - The drive unit supports on-demand addition or reduction (such as adding drive units when the slope increases), adapting to different loads and tunnel conditions.
Multiple independent protection mechanisms:
7 layers of protection - Each motor is independently equipped with overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, phase loss, grounding and over-temperature protection.
Energy-efficient energy recovery:
Braking feedback - Automatically triggers energy recovery when going downhill or decelerating, with a feedback efficiency 60% higher than that of induction motors.
Bus controller
It is equipped with independent multi-channel CAN bus interfaces, supporting ultra long distance communication and stable collaboration among multiple machines. It integrates the function of a data black box and is equipped with a standard Ethernet interface, enable big data collection. Equipped with a unique multi-machine torque balance control system, it operates more smoothly and safely under complex working conditions such as heavy loads and steep slopes of monorail hoists.
