Product Overview:
TJY series permanent magnet synchronous motors use built-in permanent magnet steel made from rare earth permanent magnet materials such as neodymium iron boron, which feature high coercivity and high magnetic flux density. While ensuring high energy efficiency, they provide higher power density. Under overload conditions, the motor can also demonstrate outstanding electrical characteristics.
TJY series motors achieve a reduced frame size while maintaining the same output power, greatly saving the installation space required for the motor. This series of products can output constant torque at all speeds, and even at low speeds, their efficiency can be superior to that of asynchronous induction motors.
TJY series permanent magnet motors are equipped with SV9 series inverters and can be applied in humid, dusty, and vibrating environments. The inverters offer flexible installation and are widely used in general equipment such as water pumps and fans, as well as in electrical drive applications with high protection level requirements.
Main Applications:
Various machinery, fans, water pumps, textiles, chemicals, petroleum, electric power, compressors, injection molding machines, crushers, and other industries.
Performance Characteristics:
● Constant speed, which is synchronous speed.
● High power factor: can reach the limit value of 1.0 through proper design.
● Small size, light weight, low noise.
● High efficiency: during normal operation, the rotor has no winding copper loss; the high power factor enables a smaller stator current and lower stator winding copper loss.
● Speed remains constant with motor frequency, simplifying the control system.
● The motor can be made multi-pole, low-speed, and high-torque, eliminating the gearbox through direct drive and achieving gearless transmission.
● Wide speed range, with high-speed designs reaching up to 10000 r/min.
